This place is exactly what I was looking for. Super clean and quiet, I was able to read and pray in the beautiful garden and nice rooms. Akash was so helpful and accommodating to my wired schedule. He arranged a massage to come by, offered tips on the city and even drove me to his favorite restaurant. Breakfast and tea at the house were delicious. I will definitely stay here when I come back and I recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Akash!!

I’ve been to Bodh Gaya several times, Honestly, this is one of the best accommodations you will ever find. The host’s promptly communication ensures there won’t be any mistakes regarding your reservation. Upon enter the gate, you will be in a nicely built minimal concrete home. It is maintained extraordinary clean both outside and inside. You will feel safe staying here. There are antique furnitures at the living room, in front, and inside your room. Your spacious private bathroom is installed with modern sanitary equipments. Plus, there is hot shower provided too. Within the guesthouse premise, you have plenty of nice corners to work or meditate, including covered rooftop. Every 9 a.m., your host will prepare “super nice and delicious healthy breakfast”: local fruit salad, fried eggs with herbs, toast with butter and kinds of jam or honey, black coffee included. 

A perfect place to stay if you want a peaceful accommodations while in Bodh Gaya. Tasteful decor and atmosphere. Host is willing to help in anyway possible, not something to be overlooked. Honestly, this is the first place since 3 months in India where I didn’t want to leave. It has a lovely warm feel — as described in the other reviews — with simple, clean and tastefully furnished rooms that open onto a balcony. This is not a hotel nor an airbnb in the usual sense– it felt more like a community. A place with soul. I particularly enjoyed being able to cook in the communal kitchen ! AA and family are lovely hosts, generous and attentive.
